Hello! I'm an environmentally-conscious journalism and food nerd who loves storytelling. After attending the University of Oregon — where I studied journalism with a focus on electronic-media storytelling — I worked for the American Junior Golf Association as a communications assistant and videographer.
I worked as a sports reporter for the Orange County Register for a year before leaving to pursue a passion in multimedia storytelling with a small, Southern California-based film studio — Threaded Films. I now work with, shoot, and edit films for clients big and small — VIZIO, mophie, CHOC, DirecTV, St.Joseph's, UC Irvine and TRX, to name a few.
I've worked and written for the Marin Independent Journal, Orange County Register, Daily Emerald, and a handful of online publications. I've independently shot, edited and produced a documentary about a rare autoimmune disease and I create (or try to - on the rare occasions when I have free time) independent multimedia projects on the side.
Have a story, written, video or otherwise that you'd like to tell? I'd love to hear about it.
